Your role
- Call Management, Email Management, Customer Relationships
- Processing and filing of files
- Writing reports for clients
- Correction and translation of documents, articles ...
- Accounting help
- Support to team members
- Various administrative tasks
Graduation / Experience
- Experience in administration
- Very good French - Spoken and written
- Very good English - Spoken and written
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good autonomy
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent priority management
- Good knowledge of Google Docs (MS Docs), Google Sheets (Excel) MS Office and PowerPoint.
- Excellent management of emails and other documentations
Assets (optionals)
- Basics in Web Marketing are real assets
- Familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop software
